Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply when you use this website to order food from Jack's Burger.

Last updated: 27 June 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Jack's Burger website and the orders you place through it. The site is operated by Jack's Burger Franchises Ltd. By placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Please read them carefully.

Who We Are

This website and the ordering service are provided by Jack's Burger Franchises Ltd. Our contact details are set out at the end of these terms. In these terms, “Jack's Burger”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean that company; “you” means the person placing an order.

Ordering and Acceptance

Orders are fulfilled by individual Jack's Burger branches. When you place an order you make an offer to buy the selected items from your chosen branch. Your order is only accepted, and a contract is only formed, once the branch confirms it. If a branch cannot accept your order — for example because it is closed, has paused online ordering, an item is unavailable, or it cannot serve your requested method — we will not process it, and any payment taken will be refunded.

You can order for dine-in, takeaway, collection, or delivery, where the branch offers that method. Availability of each method depends on the branch's opening hours, whether online ordering is switched on, and whether that method is temporarily paused.

Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where it applies. Menu prices and any delivery fee are set per branch, so they may vary between locations, and prices may change from time to time — the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Adyen. We do not store your full card number; we hold only a secure token and the limited details needed to confirm and refund your order. By paying, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Delivery and Collection

Each branch sets its own delivery area and delivery fee. When you enter your postcode at checkout, the branch will tell you whether it can deliver to you and what the delivery fee is. If a branch has not set a fee for your area, it may not be able to offer delivery, and you may need to choose collection or another branch instead.

Any delivery or preparation times shown are estimates to help you plan and are not guaranteed. For collection and dine-in orders, please collect your order from, or dine at, the branch you selected.

Allergens and Food Information

Allergen and dietary information on the site is provided as a guide and is indicative only. Our dishes are prepared in kitchens that handle a wide range of ingredients, so we cannot guarantee that any item is free from a particular allergen or from cross-contact. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please contact your chosen branch before ordering so they can advise you.

Problems With Your Order

If something is wrong with your order — for example it is incorrect, incomplete, or not of satisfactory quality — please contact us as soon as possible so we can put it right. Depending on the circumstances we may offer a replacement or a refund. You have statutory rights under UK consumer law that these terms do not affect. To raise a problem, email us at info@jacksburgeruk.com or use the contact details below.

Your Account

You may need an account to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity that takes place under your account. Please give accurate contact and delivery details so we can fulfil your order, and let us know promptly if any of them change. You can manage your account, preferences, and data as described in our Privacy Policy. Our services are not intended for children under 13.

Loyalty and Rewards

Where we offer a loyalty programme, vouchers, or coupons, any points, rewards, or discounts are subject to their own terms made available at the time. Rewards have no cash value except where stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and we may vary or withdraw the programme in accordance with those terms.

Intellectual Property

The Jack's Burger name, logo, site content, and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may use the site only for placing and managing your own orders. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding or content for any other purpose without our permission.

Our Liability

We provide the site and our ordering service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that were not caused by our breach.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. The terms that apply to your order are those in force when you place it.

Governing Law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
